Our Steps During The Final In-Store Inspection

- You will be greeted by a Markley Buick GMC Acquisition Representative. We will direct you to our lounge where you can relax and enjoy our dealership amenities!

- The Acquisition Representative will review your initial quote.

- We will conduct a full mechanical inspection of your trade-in vehicle. Markley Buick GMC will assess the drivability and safety, and if further steps are needed, one of our certified technicians will run diagnostics for a closer look.

- You will receive a final offer for your trade-in vehicle once we have conducted the full inspection. Please note the original offer may be adjusted at this stage based on the condition of your vehicle.

Q: Can I appraise my vehicle online?

A: Absolutely, but please note you will have to visit our dealership for a final offer. The best way to get a fair and accurate offer is to visit us for the inspection. It's quick and easy and usually takes only about 30 minutes. An appraiser will inspect and test drive your vehicle, and when we're done, you'll receive a written offer good for seven days.

Q: Will you explain how you appraised my car?

A: Of course. Our appraisers can provide a thorough explanation of the factors that influenced your offer.

Q: Is the offer negotiable?

A: No. We make a written, no-haggle offer on every appraised car. The offer is issued based on market pricing tools, making it a fair and transparent evaluation of your vehicle by the most trusted sources in the industry.

Q: Will modifications to my vehicle affect the offer?

A: Possibly. Supply and demand ultimately determine the desirability of any vehicle.

Q: Will regular maintenance and repairs affect the offer?

A: Yes, your vehicle's overall physical and mechanical condition will have an impact on your appraisal offer.

Q: If I choose to sell my vehicle to Markley Buick GMC, can I get it back?

A: No. All vehicle sales are final.

Q: What if I owe more on my vehicle than the offer amount?

A: If your payoff amount is more than the offer for your car, the difference is called "negative equity". In some cases, negative equity can be included in your financing when you buy from us. If not, we'll calculate the difference between your payoff amount and our offer and you can pay the difference directly. Markley Buick GMC can accept cashier's or certified checks and certified funds. Markley Buick GMC also accepts cash and debit cards if the amount you owe is less than $250. Our written offers are good for seven days, giving you time to get any necessary funds to settle your transaction.
