Disappointed with the delivery of vehicle. For spending $80,000 my expectations would be a “clean” vehicle. This was not the case, it was only hosed down. As for the sales person ,Tom, fantastic, smooth transaction.

The April 19 service was perfect, helping the Markley crew correct a problem with leaking oil. The paperwork provided when they returned our car was impressive, covering every aspect of the work they did. We will always look to Markley for help with our Buick Encore.

I had an awesome experience yesterday. Everything from the check-in to the check-out. Chris B at the service counter was extremely helpful. My tech, Cameron, helped get my break and gas cover removed, (I have hand controls). And the shuttle driver was great. I couldn't be more satisfied
