Michael was very well educated with the features of our vehicle. What I didn't care for was during the selling, Michael brought out all of the good points but at the end it was stressed to buy warranty protection for all of the bad reasons. I figured if the vehicle was that bad I may not buy.

Markley Motors is great. Noe was wonderful and a great salesman. I've purchased approx 12 cars from Markley Motors and have always had great service. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and killing time I took a test drive. Many hours later I drove out in a 2026 GMC TERRAIN AT4. Most expensive oil change of my life. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!

Great service desk customer service, easy to get right in for set appointment, waiting time is appropriate and understandable for service and time of appointment, I am grateful for the business to mail out coupons and service reminders as I got to use personalized coupon this visit for a nice discount off the listed service price. Professional ,attentive service department. They found my problem, fixed it and called me to let me know it was ready. They even ran it through the wash before bringing it back to write up area for me to drive out.

(Facts) Had my 2014 GMC Denali 2500 HD in for warranty work three times for the same front end pitman arm. The last time they had it for 9 days and while it was there, $8,000+ in power tools and other quality handtools were stolen from my vehicle. My truck tool box was broken into and the tool boxes in the bed were removed. Matt at the service center who I had dealt with throughout this service, confuses me maybe. I went in looking at a GMC which I found didn't fit my circumstances. Dylan, my sales person, went out of his way to point out alternatives. Tim, sales manager, worked out a deal on a Buick Enclave which I thought was out of my range. The experience was low key and enjoyable. Both Tim and Dylan have a good sense of humor and treated me professionally. This is the fouth vehicle that I have purchased from Markley and highly recommend the dealership to everyone.
I helped my parents with the purchase of a new GMC Canyon. Dealership was clean, staff was friendly, and our salesman Jonathan was knowledgeable. They worked hard to find the right truck and also worked hard to make a deal work for both of us.
